Magamba Network, Zimbabwean partner of Free Press Unlimited, was raided by state security forces on November 14th. Computers, laptops and other staff devices were confiscated, as the state claimed they were connected to the offense of ‘subverting a constitutional government’.

This attack on the Zimbabwean organisation follows the arrest and detention of their project officer Martha O'Donovan one and a half weeks ago, on similar charges. Magamba Network is committed to fight the allegations and confiscation of all devices in court.
